What we collect

We only collect personal information when you submit a review. This includes your name, job role, and message. We also collect your confirmation that you agreed to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at submission time.

If you submit a supporter enquiry, we collect your name, business or charity name, website URL, business phone number, preferred supporter tier, Australian state/territory, postcode, message, and your confirmation that you agreed to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

What stays on your device

Your list content, problem notes, and preferences are stored locally in your browser on your device. This data is not sent to our servers as part of normal Loop Ladder use.

Analytics

We use anonymised analytics events to understand product usage and improve the experience. These events do not include your private list entries.

How review submissions are used

Review submissions are transmitted to our moderation workflow and stored in our database for manual review. Approved submissions may be displayed on the website. Approval does not guarantee display.

How supporter enquiries are used

Supporter enquiries are stored in our secure database and sent to our internal moderation and follow-up workflow for manual review and contact. We use this information to assess eligibility, discuss supporter opportunities, and manage supporter onboarding. Supporter enquiries are not published automatically.

Third-party processing for notifications

Review submissions and supporter enquiries may be sent to our team notification system (Google Chat) so we can respond quickly. This transfer is limited to the information submitted in the relevant form and is used only for moderation and operational follow-up.
